In my lessons I intend to be responsive to my students, identifying areas of both toughness and weak point as well as adapting the pace, style and strategy of the sessions accordingly. Throughout my learning of maths I have actually constantly felt that I engage one of the most with the topic with doing lots of example problems, so I would certainly place a big meaning on this strategy to studying in my sessions. I will take another look at the previous week's material at the beginning of every session to ensure a complete comprehension and to build confidence for the tutees as they move forward.

I will strive to dispel any type of doubt or nervousness when coming close to 'bigger' issues, whether in length or difficulty of their content, by showing natural ways to divide the issue into smaller sections which are much easier to tackle, prior to building up to a full, thorough way out.

I can ensure that I will be tolerant as well as encouraging in all of my communication with students. I would certainly enjoy to not just increase my students' knowledge yet also, through the satisfaction of their progress as well as success, see them grow an interest to Maths as I have.
